Florida questions, answered

How fresh is the data?

Every day. Scrapers run between 5 and 6 AM ET, so new sales show up the same morning they’re posted — no manual updates, no stale data.

Which counties are covered?

All 67. Coverage runs across two complementary feeds so we catch sales whether a county posts to an online auction calendar or publishes a newspaper notice. Some smaller-volume counties may show 0 active sales on a given day — that reflects the docket, not a missing scraper.

What kinds of sales are tracked?

Foreclosure auctions, tax deed sales, REO listings, and local auction firm listings — the four largest sources of off-market FL real estate. Each row carries the case number, sale date, property address, assessed value, and (when posted) the bidding platform URL.

How is this different from Zillow or the MLS?

Zillow and the MLS show on-market properties. We surface off-market — foreclosure auctions, REO listings, and tax deed sales (where the county sells a property for unpaid taxes, often at a steep discount). By the time something lists on Zillow it’s already past the price point we cover.

Can I export?

Yes — paid plans include daily email alerts when a new sale matches your filters, plus CSV export on every county view and search/filter by ZIP, flood zone, and zoning.

How much does it cost?

Three plans: Pro at $99/mo for individuals, Team at $199/mo for up to 5 seats, and Large Team for bigger crews (contact us for pricing). Monthly billing — cancel anytime.
