Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from /account/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features through that date.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a billing period. We do not pro-rate partial-month or partial-year refunds.

If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., duplicate charge, post-cancellation charge), contact dennypatterson.re@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and issue a refund where appropriate.

Annual plans are paid in full at the start of the term. Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of the current term.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from /account/billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

If we terminate your account for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or other violation of the Terms of Service, no refund is owed.
