Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the REIntel Service. It is incorporated into theTerms of Service. Violating the AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. Permitted Uses
REIntel is licensed for use by real-estate investors, agents, wholesalers, lenders, title professionals, and other parties conducting personal due diligence or business research on Kentucky judicial sales of real property. Each paid account is for use by the named subscriber and their authorized teammates only.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and may not allow any third party to:
- Use the Service or its data for any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including evaluating creditworthiness, employment, insurance, or housing eligibility.
- Use the Service or its data for purposes prohibited under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, or other applicable privacy laws.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise access the Service by automated means except as expressly permitted by a paid API agreement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make Service data available to anyone outside your account.
- Use Service data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model without a separate written license from REIntel.
- Share login credentials or exceed seat counts on team plans without authorization from REIntel.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, the servers or networks connected to the Service, or violate any security or authentication measures.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or defame any individual, including any subject of a Master Commissioner sale.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law.
3. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a user has violated this AUP, please contact dennypatterson.re@outlook.com with as much detail as possible.
4. Enforcement
REIntel may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, and cooperate with law enforcement, in each case without prior notice and without refund.
